Welcome to Studfold's online booking service.
If you are making a booking to return to Studfold please note that we have reduced the number of pitches and have made many pitches much larger. Prices have been adjusted accordingly. It is important to also note that pitch numbers have changed and to ensure that you book a certain area in the park you should refer to the plan of the park. This can be accessed as part of this booking process.
We are a quiet caravanning, camping and glamping park. We are proud to have won the 'Welcome to Yorkshire' White Rose Award for Caravan and Holiday Parks. We are keen to accept bookings from families over weekends and school holidays.
We only accept bookings of up to 2 pitches. We do not accept any new group bookings, this includes individual bookings that intend to form a group upon arrival. If you have stayed at Studfold as a group previously please ring to discus before making a booking.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance
Make sure you are happy with our terms and conditions and park rules before making your booking. Please note that we strongly recommend that you take out your own Holiday Cancellation Insurance as we do not refund any bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival. This is relatively inexpensive and will enable you to claim back a large proportion of the cost of your holiday providing you have a legitimate reason for cancelling (refer to the insurance company’s terms and conditions).

Touring/Tenting Pitches
The pitch fee includes 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 or 2 children.
For all bank holidays (all 3 nights charged at Peak rate) minimum stays are 3 nights and 2 nights for any weekend in June July or August. Deposits are 50% with the remaining balance due 14 days before arrival; a reminder email with payment details will be sent. If booking within 14 days of arrival full payment will be required. Please refer to the map to book your preferred pitch.
Pods
Pods are charged at £50 per night during our Offer times, £65 per night during Standard times, £70 during High times and £75 per night for bank holidays. 3-night minimum booking for bank holidays and 2 nights throughout the rest of the season. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Pods sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Each pod contains 2 single bed bases that can be pushed together to make a double. Carpet, kettle, heater, power sockets and lighting. Each also has a fire-pit and picnic bench. Guests have full use of the camping facilities. No pets allowed in Pods 1, 3 and 4.
Pod 2 is a pet friendly pod. It has the same facilities as the other pods but no bed bases. Visitors can bring 1 clean and well-behaved dog. The dog must not be left in or around the pod on its own, it must be kept on a lead and walked off the Park. This pod also has an outdoor ‘dog pod’ kennel.
